How long does it take to receive my order?
For standard items, you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days. Please note that custom or resin items, like our unique Rolling Trays, Marijuana Jars, or Car Ash Trays, may require a little extra time, typically arriving within 7-14 business days, due to their personalized craftsmanship.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs apply to all orders from PuffNPetals. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery location and the items you've selected from our Glamour & Glow Collection or Lifestyle Accessories. We occasionally run special promotions that may include free shipping, so be sure to check our homepage or sign up for our newsletter! (Note: The free shipping promotion ended February 14th).
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your PuffNPetals treasures, whether it's a new doggy collar, hair bundle, or stylish dominoes! If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 5 business days from the date of delivery to do so. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns or if you received a damaged item.
